Lathe is an independent studio in the United Kingdom. We build web applications, AI agents and autonomous platforms for founders and teams who want senior expertise and fast execution — not an account manager relaying messages to people they've never met.
We stay small on purpose. Small means the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. It means decisions take a conversation, not a steering committee. And it means we take on at most three engagements at once, so nothing we ship is anyone's side project.

The most valuable thing we do in week one is cut. Small scopes ship, compound, and earn the right to grow. Big scopes produce decks.

Performance budgets, evaluation harnesses, conversion data. If a decision can be measured, we measure it — including our own work.
